To ensure that the activities are carried out and the objectives are achieved within the projected time schedule and budget, and the tasks of the project are performed in high quality through an efficient partnership.
To define and determine the system requirements and specifications based on the first responder needs, use-cases and operational scenarios.
To provide head and drone mounted EO, IR and LIDAR surveillance systems to obtain a visual environment modelling for guidance and mapping, recognise surrounding objects, and provide a first-person view
To provide an infrastructure monitoring system to identify and determine the risks and threats corresponding to the structures and infrastructures within the first responder operation area.
To provide wearable chemical detection system to analyse, detect and recognise the hazardous chemical agents surrounding the first responder.
To provide a light weight, human wearable, and drone mounted acoustic detection system to identify gunshots, explosions, human whistling and human speech within the first responder operation area
To provide an integrated continuous outdoor/indoor localisation and health and body motion analysis system to monitor the health status, activities, motion anomalies and location of the first responders.
To provide citizen involvement in events while using social media and city IoT sensor infrastructure
To provide a cloud-based ad hoc 5G secure communication network which brings interoperability, flexibility and adaptability to the system.
To provide a software for data collection, storage, and AI analysis to obtain a first responder Common Situational Awareness picture and provide event management for dispatchers and first responders in the field.
To provide filtered and refined data enhanced with augmented instead of intensive data collected from the field via AR and mobile interfaces to the first responders in the field.
To ensure a seamless integration of the TeamAware system consisting of sensor subsystems, communication network, the platform software, and the user interfaces.
To demonstrate the components in mid-term of the project for self-assessment and to demonstrate the final system to the authorities at the end of the project.
To adequately exploit and disseminate project results and outcomes to ensure that the information and knowledge created by the project is communicated to the targeted audience.
